Job summary

MSIG USA seeks a Director of Data Analytics & Engineering to lead the data engineering and analytics functions for our US operation. You will build and scale a high-performing team of data engineers, analytics engineers, and BI developers, delivering end-to-end data pipelines, semantic models, and executive dashboards.

The role reports to the CDAO and requires strategic thinking, talent development, and credible technical leadership across Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Finance, and

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in data engineering/analytics roles with 4+ years in management.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Master's preferred.
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms on Microsoft Azure and governing self-service analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary data engineering and analytics team across MSIG USA.
• Own the design, delivery, and operations of the data platform on Azure, Databricks, and Fabric.
• Drive DataOps, CI/CD for data pipelines, and data quality governance.
• Partner with business leaders to translate data into measurable business value and insights.
