Job summary

MSIG USA, a leading specialty insurer and US subsidiary of MS&AD, seeks an Actuarial & Statistical Data Manager to lead a team delivering regulatory and statistical reporting.

You will partner with Reserving, Pricing, Insurance Analytics, Catastrophe Modeling, Technology, and Data Operations to ensure data quality and compliance while advancing analytics initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial or quantitative field.
• 7+ years in P&C actuarial/regulatory reporting.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with regulatory reporting vendors and bureaus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of approximately 250 recurring statistical reports to regulators and rating bureaus.
• Oversee reporting migrations to new policy and claims systems.
• Manage relationships with external compliance vendors.
• Represent MSIG USA with regulators and industry bodies.
