Zusammenfassung

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to help ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations. You will assist with testing, monitoring, and risk assessment within Risk Management, supporting training material reviews and compliance training records.

The role emphasizes collaboration and adaptability in a regulated financial environment. The position requires an associate degree with potential equivalency for experience, and knowledge of major regulations

Qualifikationen

Associates degree in any field.
An additional 2 years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably financial services.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing department demands.
Bachelor’s degree in any field is desirable.

Aufgaben

Assist with testing and monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance in core functions.
Support annual Compliance Risk Assessment updates including inherent risk and controls.
Review compliance training materials and maintain department training records.
Document and analyze key compliance metrics and report issues from the lifecycle.
