Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Full-Time HR Operations partner to provide accurate, timely support for day-to-day HR functions across Milford, MA and New Brunswick, NJ.

The role collaborates with the HR team on engagement, performance, onboarding, and culture initiatives, while ensuring policy compliance and proper documentation. You will lead regional onboarding, HR operations, and employee relations support, reporting to the Director of HR Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.

Employment Type: Full-Time FSLA: Salary/Exempt Division: Human Resources Department: HR Operations Reports to: Director of HR Operations Supervisory Duties: No Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000 Provide accurate and timely assistance to multiple offices with the day-to-day operations of the human resources function. In close partnership with the Human Resources team, this role will perform a variety of complex, technical, and administrative duties relating to personnel functions and programs in the areas of employee engagement, performance management, culture and recognition, HR operations, and employee onboarding. This role is hybrid/in office required - 4 days in the Milford, MA for the MA based roles (2 open roles) or New Brunswick, NJ office for the NJ based role required (5 days per week for first 90 days).

Responsibilities / Essential Functions

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to regional leadership and office managers, providing guidance and support on all human resources matters.
• Oversee and support the execution of day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives across the region, including culture-building activities, employee recognition programs, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate and oversee new hire onboarding to ensure a consistent and welcoming experience across locations.
• Act as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support investigations and resolve employee relations issues in partnership with the central HR team.
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of regional training programs to support leadership and employee development.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis to leadership to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee records in accordance with internal procedures and applicable laws.
• Partner with other HR team members to streamline processes, improve systems, and implement HR initiatives.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience within human resources.
