Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Regional Business Analyst to support OMFS projects nationwide. You will focus on project controls, budgeting, forecasting and accounting support, partnering with diverse stakeholders to drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. degree from a four-year college with coursework in engineering, business, finance and/or accounting or equivalent experience.
• Progressive experience related to accounting and finance in industry or consulting services.
• Extensive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and reporting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially advanced Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of project financials—budgeting, forecasting and revenue/GM recognition.
• Perform variance analysis and accounting duties related to accruals and true‑ups during closeouts.
• Partner with project managers, regional and corporate leadership, and commercial teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could affect project success and profitability.
• Travel to project sites and regional meetings to engage with teams.
