Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, monitoring, and updates of project cost and progress metrics.
• Manage budget development, revisions, scope changes, trends, and monthly forecasts.
• Maintain accurate data within cost management systems.
• Analyze cost and revenue performance and advise leadership.
• Review contractor cost submissions and pay applications for accuracy.
• Track and report construction progress using Earned Value Management.
• Coordinate with contractors for weekly progress updates and data uploads.
• Collaborate with project controls, construction teams, and vendors daily.
