Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel and account performance and meet targets for ONE business plan.
• Produce and analyze market data to establish guideline rates.
• Identify issues with account performance and develop corrective actions with sales.
• Perform product and market evaluation analyses with management.
• Perform cost analyses on routings to develop cost-effective strategy.
• Monitor weekly vessel service performance and propose contingency plans.
• Identify promotional cargo opportunities to meet business plans.
• Own the efficient utilization of refrigerated equipment assets and coordinate with Container Flow Management and Inland Operation & Procurement.
• Support service recovery operations.
• Travel domestically as required.
