Job summary

Invenergy, a leading energy developer and operator, seeks a Recruiting Operations Manager to govern and optimize Talent Acquisition operations at scale. You’ll partner with People & Culture, HRIS, and business leaders to drive data-driven workforce decisions and build a modern recruiting organization capable of supporting rapid growth.

You’ll lead governance, processes, and vendor relationships while advancing AI, automation, and Workday Recruiting initiatives to improve recruiter productivity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Operations experience, preferably Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Ops.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with the full recruiting lifecycle and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a TA operations roadmap aligned with growth.
• Establish scalable recruiting processes, governance, and service models.
• Own Talent Acquisition technology platforms (Workday Recruiting).
• Design dashboards and reporting for leadership and governance.
• Lead continuous improvement and vendor management in recruiting operations.
