Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiting and hiring teams to create a phenomenal candidate experience.
• Manage the candidate interview process including scheduling a high volume of interviews.
• Greeting, hosting, and managing the experience for candidates visiting the office for in-person interviews.
• Oversee and facilitate a seamless candidate onsite experience.
• Manage complex workflows including job approvals, offer letter generation and scheduling.
• Maintain data accuracy, SLAs, and high-velocity operational integrity.
• Proactively own scheduling challenges and drive solutions.
