The role is a 6‑month temporary position with possible extensions, requiring hybrid attendance from the San Mateo office (Tuesday–Thursday, optional Monday/Friday).

The team expects a strong communicator and collaborator to build, scale, and influence our recruiting landscape for engineering talent.

You Will

• Partner closely with recruiters and business leaders to understand talent needs and identify engaging candidates.
• Source top talent through platforms such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and others.
• Improve processes to work smarter, faster, and at scale.
• Share labor‑market insights with hiring managers to guide decisions on leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles.
• Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers to raise calibration standards.
• Champion a best‑in‑class candidate experience that reflects our values and culture.
• Maintain operational excellence with clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong ATS hygiene.
• Use data and insights to diagnose bottlenecks, measure impact, and tell stories to stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic partner, providing recruiting analytics and competitive intelligence.

You Have

• 6+ years of top‑of‑funnel technical recruiting experience (Engineering, C++, Product).
• Ability to manage high‑volume pipelines while delivering quality results.
• Success in hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets.
• Track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges creatively.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines.
• Data‑driven approach to analyze metrics and inform strategy.
• A startup mentality and openness to outside‑the‑box thinking.

Monthly Salary Range

$13,271 — $16,719 USD

Roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA, are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
