Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for its Saint Petersburg, FL hybrid office. The role supports interview scheduling, onboarding, and talent acquisition operations across the hiring lifecycle, working closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR partners.

The selected candidate will coordinate complex interview logistics, manage onboarding milestones, ensure compliance with pre-employment requirements, and maintain data integrity in systems while delivering a high-quality

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required: 3+ years of recruiting coordination, onboarding, talent acquisition operations, scheduling, administrative support, or related experience.
Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday Recruiting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple units, teams, and locations.
Manage interview calendars with recruiters, hiring managers, panels and executives.
Monitor onboarding tasks and ensure completion of pre-employment requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday and other systems.
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and HR teams to support timelines and readiness.
Identify scheduling bottlenecks and propose improvements to efficiency and candidate experience.
