• Real proficiency with Onboarding, plus willingness to learn Total Rewards fast.

Responsibilities

• Hold a forecast review where people actually change their minds.
• Drive strategic planning and quarterly goal-setting across Wellness Medical Center business units.
• Set guardrails so a hybrid deal can move without a committee.
• Develop and track KPIs that measure progress against Wellness Medical Center objectives.
• Decide where Wellness Medical Center should say no so it can say yes to one thing.
• Shape the 5-year strategy without turning it into a slide museum.
• Run weekly numbers reviews that end with decisions, not more meetings.
• Sit between Presentation Skills and Onboarding teams as the person who makes the call.
