HCA Healthcare is recruiting a Physician Recruiter to join our team. The hybrid role supports facilities in Wichita, KS and Denver, CO, offering a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

You will manage relationships with CEOs and Physician Services, develop targeted recruitment plans, and negotiate contracts while ensuring data integrity across systems. The position emphasizes collaboration with market leadership, processing candidate vetting, and coordinating site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; 3+ years related experience.
• Experience in physician recruitment and partnering with hospital leadership.
• Proficiency with Salesforce/Optimum and maintaining data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with facility CEOs, Physician Services partners and community practices
• Develops, implements, and works a recruitment plan specific to each opportunity to ensure programs, plans, policies, and procedures for recruitment, screening, selection, and placement are compliant
• Serves as communication liaison with market leadership, Physician Services, candidates and physicians
• Plans and directs activities to develop sources of qualified applicants, screening, interviewing, and ensuring proper candidate vetting
• Negotiates financial contracts and creates physician spend proformas
• Maintains candidate records, reports and correspondence using systems and databases
• Coordinates site visits and housing options, meetings with market administration and staff
• Interfaces with hospital CEO and Physician Services operations to determine staffing needs
• Develops strategic plans by analyzing recruitment trends and market conditions
• Builds relationships with educational institutions and residency programs
• Represents the company at association meetings and training programs
• Maintains data on recruitment activities and outcomes
