Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group Ltd in the United States is partnering with a health-tech company to hire a Total Rewards Manager in NYC Hybrid. You will shape and deliver a competitive employee rewards strategy to attract, retain and motivate top talent.

You'll work with People, Payroll and Finance, own benefits, compensation and reward programmes, and produce insights through reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' management experience within Total Rewards, Benefits, or Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of US employee benefits, compensation practices and HR compliance.
• Experience conducting compensation analysis and market benchmarking.
• Strong Excel and HRIS skills with excellent analytical ablity.
• A proactive, collaborative professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing employee benefits programmes, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave administration.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for employee and vendor benefit enquiries.
• Leading compensation benchmarking, salary analysis, pay equity reviews, and maintaining job and salary structures.
• Supporting annual compensation and bonus planning cycles.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local benefits and compensation regulations.
• Producing reports and dashboards to provide meaningful insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Partnering with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to continuously improve total rewards programmes.

As the business continues to grow, they're looking for a Total Rewards Manager to help shape and deliver a competitive employee rewards strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates exceptional talent.
