Job summary

Hopelink is hiring a Human Resources Recruiter for a time-limited role in Redmond. The recruiter will manage the full cycle of recruitment for call center and related roles, supporting onboarding and candidate experience in a hybrid environment.

We seek candidates with 2+ years HR/recruiting, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build diverse pipelines. Benefits include paid training, comprehensive health coverage, and 401k with employer matching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR and/or recruiting experience for call center and related roles.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting diverse candidate pools.
• Proactive self-starter with ability to multitask in recruiting.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to network with hiring teams, candidates, and external partners.
• Understanding of employment law and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, phone screens, interviews, references, onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on strategy, timelines, and postings.
• Develop sourcing strategies for a diverse candidate pipeline for recurring roles.
• Provide excellent candidate experience and troubleshoot application issues.
• Screen and manage applications in the ATS (ADP Recruiting Module).
• Travel to Redmond or Bellevue as needed for recruiting events.
