Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in corporate or agency recruiting, including full-cycle recruitment and high-volume sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring decisions.
• Source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and leadership on staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for security, training, and corporate roles.
• Promote CPHSG’s employer brand through postings, networking, and outreach.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and onboarding support.
• Identify process improvements to enhance candidate experience and efficiency.
