Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Preferred four-year degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, managers and clients.
• Experience with recruiting technologies and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for multiple client positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and qualifications.
• Develop engaging job descriptions and ads.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networks.
• Review resumes, conduct screening calls and initial interviews.
• Coordinate interview logistics and communications between candidates and teams.
• Prepare offer letters and support onboarding and pre-employment steps.
• Track recruiting activity in the ATS and provide status updates.
