• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from research to hire.
• Build relationships with leaders and hiring managers.
• Develop diverse recruitment strategies across channels.
• Provide weekly updates to leadership on candidate pipeline.
• Participate in career fairs and campus events as a brand ambassador.
• Collaborate across departments to improve TA processes.
