The Greenery Inc. is seeking a driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Bluffton, SC. You will partner with leaders to understand talent needs, craft recruiting strategies, and guide candidates through an exceptional hiring experience from first conversation to first day.

You’ll shape our workforce, strengthen culture, and help great people grow professionally and financially within a fast-paced environment. The VP of HR oversees a pivotal role in building a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies.
• Creates and manages job postings and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; prepares interview questions and materials.
• Assists with the interview process and conducts interviews with managers and stakeholders.
• Checks references and credentials.
• Manages offers, salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other details with hiring managers.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies.
• Organizes job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.
