You will drive a portfolio of searches, partner with Field HR, and help shape recruitment operations and reporting.

You will oversee processes, assessments, and system changes (Greenhouse to Rippling) while delivering candidate experiences that support regional hiring goals and RES's mission.

• Seven years of progressive recruiting experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience partnering with HR and business leaders to align recruiting with needs.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to manage multiple priority searches.
