Indiana University Bloomington's Student Central seeks a Generalist to provide in-person, phone, and email support to students and families. You will assist with admissions, scholarships, financial aid, billing, registration, and records using SIS, IUIE, and KFS, with emphasis on accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years in customer service, higher education, or related field.
• Completion of at least 2 years of college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high-quality, in-person, phone, and email support to students, families, and third parties, resolving complex issues.
• Advises on financial aid, billing, student records, and registration.
• Investigates and resolves problems across departments or university systems.
• Ensures information accuracy and supports daily operations.
