Job summary

Nexamp is hiring a Portfolio Operations Specialist to own the real estate and field execution spine of its distributed generation portfolio from late-stage development through construction and operations.

You will manage landowner communications, rent tracking, leases, easements, Phase I ESA workflows, and related documentation to keep projects finance-ready and on track. The role is hybrid based out of our Boston office with cross-functional collaboration across Legal, POM, and data teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in real estate, development, or operations.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder workflows including landowners and counsel.
• Exposure to Phase I ESA, permitting, or tax filing related to property is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for landowners across projects, coordinating notices, consents, waivers, renewals and access requests.
• Coordinate lease notices, easements, and documents for permitting, financing, and construction.
• Track site control, easement status, and project checklists to identify gaps and risks.
• Support tax filing administration and maintain audit-ready records for reviews.
• Manage Phase I ESA workflows, PO creation, and report storage for financing and diligence.
