Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction/real estate development or related field required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, real estate development, or design-build environments.
• Experience managing projects on behalf of a developer/owner preferred.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and quality standards across projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, municipalities, and ownership teams.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project budgets.
