Jobot is hiring a Project Manager for a top-tier fully integrated real estate firm focusing on multifamily and student housing developments across the United States. This role drives projects from preconstruction through closeout, balancing budgets, schedules, and quality to deliver high-impact communities.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, manage procurement and risk, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multifamily and/or student housing.
• Proven experience managing ground-up, large-scale residential projects.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multifamily and student housing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and overall project performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with internal development, design, and construction teams as well as external consultants and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
