Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with development, construction, and property management teams.
• Lead communication with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor costs and implement cost-control measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulations.
• Lead project meetings and provide progress and risk reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and project teams.
