Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Define project scope with senior management.
• Create and update a detailed work plan and schedule.
• Determine required resources including time, budget, and equipment.
• Develop schedules allocating resources efficiently.
• Review progress with senior management and staff; adjust as needed.
• Execute project according to plan and ensure quality standards.
• Ensure proper orientation for project personnel.
• Engage qualified consultants as needed.
• Monitor progress and adjust to ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish stakeholder communication on project progress.
• Review quality of work with the team to meet standards.
