Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for a top-tier, fully integrated real estate firm that develops, constructs, invests in, and manages residential communities nationwide.

You will lead multifamily and student housing projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with development, design and construction teams, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering/architecture or related field.
• 5–10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with ground-up, large-scale residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multifamily and student housing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project performance to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with internal development, design, and construction teams and external consultants.
• Manage procurement, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
