Job summary
Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver is seeking a Real Estate Project Development Lead to guide pre-development for affordable housing across the Denver metro area. You will own multiple projects from concept to construction, coordinating teams, navigating entitlements, and delivering community impact.
The role requires leading complex processes, solving problems, and driving consensus across departments and external partners, with a hybrid work model and a salary range posted above.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of development experience, residential/affordable housing preferred.
- Experience in real estate financial analysis, land acquisition, or project analysis is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years project management experience; 3+ years preferred.
- Formal education/training in Real Estate Development or related field is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of real estate development from site acquisition through permitting.
- Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects moving.
- Assemble and manage consultants, architects, engineers, and other partners.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and drive entitlement, permitting, and approvals.
- Maintain documentation and drive projects to completion with measurable community impact.
