• Build and maintain strategic relationships with municipalities, lenders, investors, and community stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, financial risks, and major commitments.
• Lead development staff and consultants, supporting accountability and professional growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to align development priorities with CARE's long-term goals.
• Advise the Executive Director on development opportunities and lead the Real Estate Development Committee.
