Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver is seeking an Experienced Volunteer Coordinator to manage volunteer scheduling for construction sites and ReStore facilities. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, coordinating groups, and maintaining calendars and databases.

You will work with multiple teams to grow volunteer participation, attend meetings, and support events and recognition programs while adhering to Habitat’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating volunteers and groups.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM/database software for scheduling.
• Proficiency with Excel and project coordination tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to volunteer inquiries via email and phone.
• Schedule volunteer groups and provide up‑to‑date materials.
• Maintain information about sites and ReStores in electronic forms.
• Support outreach to fill volunteer schedules and attend meetings.
• Track volunteer statistics and maintain master schedules.
