Devco Residential Group is seeking a full-time FP&A Senior Manager to support their Development, Construction, and Asset Management functions in Minneapolis. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and entails responsibilities including leading budget processes, financial analysis, and strategic finance support.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, with 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, particularly in real estate development. The position includes a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $165,000 per year and an extensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of financial analysis experience, ideally in real estate development.
• Familiarity with multifamily assets or other real estate asset classes.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodically reforecast across all business lines.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Support analysis of development, acquisition, refinance, recapitalization, and disposition opportunities.
