Job summary

DevCo Residential in Bellevue, WA is seeking a full-time Financial Accountant to manage accounting and financial reporting for real estate development projects from predevelopment through operation. The role reports to the Financial Accounting Manager and may reside in Bellevue or St.

Louis Park. You will maintain project records, perform reconciliations, coordinate with lenders and management, support audits, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records for development projects throughout the lifecycle.
• Reconcile balance sheet, bank accounts, CIP, loans, intercompany balances, and project-related accounts.
• Record and reconcile project closings and financing activity including debt/equity funding and owner contributions.
• Prepare and support owner cash calls, funding requests, and construction draw activity.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, project reporting packages, and account reconciliations.
