Realty Income is offering a 10-week Summer Internship at our San Diego headquarters. You will own a real project, work with a cohort of interns across multiple teams, and present results to senior leaders. The program includes training, mentorship, and potential future opportunities in a pipeline to early career roles.

Hybrid role with in-office Mondays‑Thursdays in San Diego and remote Fridays. Hourly pay ranges from $21.00 to $25.00, with compensation determined by skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Currently pursuing a BA/BS or MS in Real Estate, Development, Urban Planning, Finance or related field with expected graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate, finance, accounting, data, or technology through coursework or projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Data literacy and ability to derive insights from data.
