Job summary

Realty Income invites high-potential students to join a 10-week Summer Internship at our San Diego headquarters. You will own a real-project from inception to presentation, working across accounting, finance, data, and technology teams.

You'll gain structured training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders while developing practical skills in real estate finance, analytics, and digital workflows. Hybrid in-office + remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor's or master's degree with a December 2027–June 2028 graduation window.
• Demonstrated interest in real estate, finance, data, or technology through coursework or projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined project end-to-end tied to a real business priority.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, while validating outputs.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders at program conclusion.
