Job summary

Realty Income is announcing a 2027 Summer Internship program at our San Diego headquarters for 10 weeks. You will work on real-time challenges, own a defined project, and present to senior stakeholders.

The program includes structured training, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure across Accounting, Asset Management, Data Analytics, IT, and more. Selected interns join a cohort of ~18, with a path toward a fall co-op or full-time offer after graduation.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.5+ required or expected.
• Pursuing BA/BS/MS in Real Estate, Development, Urban Planning, Finance, or related field; graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving with data.
• Adaptability and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Data literacy and ability to generate insights from data.
• Experience using AI tools and ability to validate outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own an end-to-end project tied to a real business priority.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research while validating outputs.
• Collaborate with departments and business stakeholders.
• Develop critical thinking and a digital-first mindset.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders at program end.
