Realty Income, The Monthly Dividend Company®, invites students to join a 10-week Technology Internship at our San Diego headquarters. You will own a real project, work on data-driven challenges, and present results to senior leaders at summer’s end.

You'll gain hands-on experience across accounting, data analytics, IT, and development teams while receiving structured training, mentorship, and access to leaders across the company. This program serves as a pipeline to early career roles.

Formación

• GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale or higher.
• Pursuing a degree in data/tech fields with expected graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• Interest in commercial real estate, finance, data, or technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Adaptability and learning agility in changing environments.
• Data literacy and ability to generate insights with data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
• Active user of AI tools and ability to verify outputs.
• Organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.

Responsabilidades

• Own an end-to-end project tied to a real business priority.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis with validation.
• Collaborate across departments and with business stakeholders to move work forward.
• Develop critical thinking and problem solving on real business challenges.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders at program conclusion.
