Job summary

Realty Income, The Monthly Dividend Company, offers a 10-week Technology Internship at our San Diego headquarters. You will own a defined project, gain mentorship, and collaborate with data, IT, and business teams to deliver tangible results.

As a 2027 Summer Intern, you’ll present to senior stakeholders, gain structured training, and explore potential fall co-op or full-time opportunities after graduation. This hybrid role runs June 17–August 24, 2026.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.5+ on 4.0 scale, expected graduation 2027–2028.
• Pursuing a data/tech-related degree with interest in real estate, finance, or tech.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Adaptable, learning agile with curiosity and integrity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own an end-to-end project tied to a real business priority.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, with validation and risk awareness.
• Collaborate across departments and with stakeholders.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders at program end.
