Realty Income Corporation invites talented interns to join a 10-week summer program at our San Diego headquarters, working on real-time challenges across Accounting, Finance, and Data Analytics teams. You’ll own a defined project, receive structured training and mentorship, and present results to senior leaders at the end of the program.

Strong performers may receive part-time co-op opportunities in the fall or full-time offers after graduation, forming a pipeline into early career roles.

Competenze

• GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale or higher.
• Pursuing BA/BS or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Business or related field with expected graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• Interest in commercial real estate, finance, accounting, data, or tech with related coursework or projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing environments and new tools.
• Data-literacy and comfort using data to inform decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with AI tools and ability to assess outputs critically.
