Job summary

Realty Income Corporation invites you to join its 2027 Summer Internship program at the San Diego headquarters for 10 weeks. You will own a defined project, work on real-time challenges with experienced mentors, and present to senior leaders at the end of the summer.

Candidates gain structured training and have potential for part-time co-op or full-time offers after graduation. We are hiring 5 interns across Technology teams, with hybrid work: in-office Monday–Thursday and Fridays remote.

Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Currently pursuing a B.A., B.S., or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Cognitive Science, Information Systems, Statistics, IT, or related field with expected graduation Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
• Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate, finance, data, or technology through coursework, clubs, prior work, research, or projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges with practical solutions.
• Data literacy with an interest in using data to inform decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Active user of AI tools and ability to explain their usefulness and limitations.

Responsibilities

• Own an end-to-end project tied to a real business priority.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis while validating outputs.
• Collaborate across departments and present findings to senior stakeholders at program end.
