Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management preferred.
• Up to 4 years of nuclear industry experience or equivalent related industry experience.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Technical understanding of nuclear power generation and plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and validates procedures to implement radiological emergency plan.
• Provides training for on-site and off-site emergency responders.
• Develops drill and exercise scenarios and leads scenario teams.
• Evaluates emergency response performance in drills and exercises.
• Maintains emergency response facilities and equipment.
• Collaborates with off-site agencies to develop emergency plans.
