Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of experience in Emergency Management or Public Safety.
• NIMS 100, 200, 700, and 800 are required; 300/400 within a year.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the Port Houston EMP and annexes.
• Conduct checks of EOC, MCC, and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of emergency management supplies.
• Assist with drills, exercises, and after-action reviews.
• Prepare reports and participate in meetings to stay current on EM trends.
