Job summary

Kite Pharma invites rising students to join the Kite Development team for a summer internship focused on Quality Systems, Compliance & Audits and Vendor Quality. You will gain hands‑on experience within a leading biopharmaceutical environment and contribute to meaningful projects in a hybrid setting.

The role offers exposure to data analysis, AI assistance, and GCP readiness while developing tools to support quality culture in Kite clinical trials.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full‑time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD or PhD program.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
• Must be able to commit to a full‑time internship lasting 10–12 consecutive weeks between May and August.
• All internships are hybrid; fully remote roles are not offered.

Responsibilities

• Data trending and gap analysis for study and portfolio‑related datasets.
• Assist in creating AI agents.
• Assist in GCP inspection preparation activities.
• Develop tools and templates to support quality culture within Kite clinical trials.
