Job summary

You will map value-chain activities, analyze resource deployment, and develop AI-driven optimization opportunities while engaging with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old at the start of the internship.
• Must be enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, JD or PhD program at a US college/university with continued full-time enrollment in Fall.
• Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate/doctoral student.
• Minimum overall GPA of 2.8 at application and hire; transcripts may be requested.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to commit to 10–12 consecutive weeks, May–August, hybrid onsite.
• Internships are hybrid; fully remote roles are not offered.

Responsibilities

• Develop an end-to-end map of the cell therapy value chain and identify critical path activities.
• Analyze internal FTE capacity and external spend across functions using available data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate maps and identify gaps or bottlenecks.
• Assess where AI and automation could improve high-value activities with risk and oversight considerations.
• Develop prioritized recommendations to improve cycle time and ROI.
• Translate findings into an executive-ready roadmap and presentation.
• Present final work through a PPT near internship conclusion.
