Kite Pharma invites you to join our Development team as an Intern in Clinical Development (Data Management) to work on high-impact CDM metrics projects. You will gain real-world experience within a leading cancer biology company and participate in professional development events and leadership presentations.

As an intern, you will inventory existing CDM metrics, interview stakeholders, and help evaluate and develop new metrics.

Qualifications

Must be enrolled full‑time in a US college or university for the Fall semester following the internship.
Must be 18+ years old at start of internship.
Must be independently authorized to work in the United States.
Must commit to a full-time internship lasting 10–12 weeks between May and August.

Responsibilities

Inventory current CDM metrics, dashboards, and reports.
Interview stakeholders to determine information needs.
Evaluate whether current metrics are actionable, relevant, predictive, and easy to understand.
Identify gaps where important aspects of CDM performance are not being measured.
Develop recommendations for new or revised metrics.
Develop Metrics Dashboard, if time permits.
Support CDM Sharepoint updates and improvements.
Showcase your work with a final presentation (PPT) near the internship conclusion.
