Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of federal government/DoD/Army or equivalent private sector experience.
• Experience with software testing tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Tricentis Tosca, ALM, PeopleSoft, or Workday is a plus.
• Certifications in IAT Level II and SAFe for Teams are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review software requirements and specifications to develop and execute testing strategies for a product or release.
• Develop reusable test functions or components.
• Execute manual and potentially automated tests across multiple systems, platforms, environments, or browsers.
• Identify, log, and track defects.
• Report issues to development or product management and verify fixes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior staff.
• May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.
