Job summary

Nakupuna Consulting seeks a Quality Engineer III to lead testing of IPPS-A AMP deliverables, including data collection and reporting. The role involves manual and occasional automated testing, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating across Agile teams to ensure Army client satisfaction.

The position requires a Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of federal experience, and a hybrid work arrangement with two in-office days per week in Crystal City, VA, with compensation ranging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience in federal government, DoD, Army, or IC and/or private sector preferred.
• Certifications in IAT Level II and SAFe for Teams preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; strong interpersonal/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review software requirements and specifications to develop and execute testing strategies for a product or release.
• Develop reusable test functions or components.
• Execute manual and automated tests to assess software functionality and performance across multiple systems, platforms, and environments.
• Identify, log, and track defects; report issues to development/product teams and verify fixes.
