Job summary

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Functional Analyst III to join the IPPS-A AMP project. You will be part of an agile team configuring PeopleSoft modules to meet development objectives, collaborate to remove blockers, and share information across teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years federal/government experience, IAT II, PeopleSoft HCM, SAFe for Teams, and a Secret clearance. Arlington, VA with a hybrid on-site arrangement and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of federal government/DoD/private sector experience.
• Certifications in IAT Level II, PeopleSoft HCM, and SAFe for Teams preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications required.
• U.S. Citizenship and a Secret clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Configure modules in PeopleSoft to meet design specifications.
• Provide estimates for work assignments.
• Document software configurations in prescribed documentation tool(s).
• Translate user and enabler stories and acceptance criteria into functional software design.
• Conduct unit testing in line with defined quality engineering processes.
• Conduct software development activities in support of application enhancements and system defects.
• Conduct peer reviews on other teammates’ configuration and code to ensure accuracy and alignment to overall architecture and design.
• Explain software functionality to development team members and end users.
