Qualifications

• College degree or relevant work experience in healthcare
• 2+ years in pharmacy, healthcare, or insurance with customer service focus
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks
• Empathy and commitment to service
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule

Responsabilités

• Monitor compliance with SOPs and call guides
• Review processes and suggest efficiency improvements
• Develop onboarding and training records
• Review adverse events and report to third parties
• Perform call monitoring and scoring
• Identify trends and drive quality improvements
• Report QI data to identify trends and priorities
• Coordinate external program audits
