Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Supervising Quality professional to oversee the daily activities of our Quality Specialists and ensure rigorous audit practices. You will guide the team to maintain accreditation readiness and drive continuous quality improvements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to foster accountability across the quality function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; may consider a high school diploma and equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Three years in a healthcare quality role with audits and accreditation support.
• Ability to lead or mentor others with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors a team of Quality Specialists ensuring audits are completed on time.
• Assigns and prioritizes work; monitors progress and provides feedback.
• Escalates audit questions and issues; coordinates with Manager Quality Operations.
• Implements quality initiatives to meet program goals and improve processes.
• Prepares team performance metrics and presents to relevant committees.
