Job summary

Vanscoy Rare Pharmacy in Coraopolis, PA seeks a Business Analyst Lead to drive the implementation and ongoing operation of new pharmaceutical program and dispensing initiatives. You will translate requirements into forms, workflows, testing data, and training materials across IMPACT, ACCESS, and WellSky CareTend platforms.

The role collaborates with IT, compliance, analytics, and operations to ensure data governance, testing, and post-launch support.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, information systems, business, data management, or related discipline.
Two+ years in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, software implementation, or data management.
Experience building electronic forms, workflows, and business processes in configurable software.
Experience creating test data, test cases, or UAT scenarios.
Experience delivering software demonstrations or training to users.

Responsibilities

Support the Implementation team with onboarding new manufacturers, products, and patient-support programs.
Gather and document requirements across operations, reporting, compliance, and systems.
Translate requirements into forms, workflows, rules, testing data, and materials.
Coordinate activities across pharmacy operations, IT, analytics, compliance, and partners.
Identify risks and escalate to the Program Integration Manager.
Develop and maintain workflows, tests, and documentation in proprietary systems.
